Where do you source your ingredients?
We strive to gain most of our ingredients from local purveyors. We are committed to sourcing the healthiest ingredients without sacrificing quality.
Your menu is really simple. Why is that?
We’ve found through many years of cooking that the healthiest way to nourish ones body is by preparing food simply.
Why is the menu a la carte?
We want you to be able to build meals in a way that best suits you and your family. Use it in conjunction with what you already have in your kitchen or order food for the whole week.
If I want really flavorful food can I still enjoy your service?
We’ve added a part of the menu named ‘ADD FLAVOR’. This is for those that may need an added salsa, sauce, vinaigrette, aioli, etc… to spice up the meal a bit.
How does ordering and delivery work?
A new menu is posted on the website every weekend. You can order anytime between Saturday-Tuesday @12 noon. Delivery is on Saturday. We will notify you with a 2 hour delivery window the day before your meals arrive.
How often does the menu change?
The menu changes on a weekly basis. Items that are popular stay on the menu more often.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. If you cannot be home for delivery we ask that you leave a cooler outside for us to leave your meals.
Where are the meals prepared?
We prepare all of the meals in our licensed commercial kitchen.
Are the meals fully cooked?
Yes. All you have to do if follow our detailed heating instructions.
How long do the meals last?
Cooked food lasts in the refrigerator up to 7 days. We recommend that what you do not get to in 4-5 days be placed in your freezer.
What kind of containers do you use?
We use disposable containers that are recyclable, microwave safe, and freezer safe.
