The cost is roughly the same as what I would pay in a restaurant…. Why is that?
The fee represents all components that make up the Personal Chef Service. It includes a detailed assessment of your meals including dietary requirements, special diet research, menu planning, food shopping, meal preparation, packaging, and delivery of meals.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do. Please go to our service area page to see if we service your location.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver on Monday-Friday and on the occasional weekend day if needed.
Is there a delivery fee?
One delivery each week is free. Each additional delivery that same week is $25 or more depending on location. If you need a weekend delivery there is an additional $50 fee.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. If you cannot be home for delivery we ask that you leave a cooler outside for us to leave your meals.
Are the meals fully cooked?
Yes. All you have to do is follow our detailed heating instructions.
Where are the meals prepared?
We prepare your meals in our licensed commercial kitchen.
What kind of containers do you use?
We can use either a pyrex type of container or disposable containers that are recyclable, microwave safe, and freezer safe.
How are menus created?
Your initial consultation provides us with the necessary information needed to create a custom menu. We can also work with your nutritionist or dietician to create menus as well.
Do I get to see the menu before you deliver the meals?
If you would like to see your menu before each delivery/cook-date we would be more than happy to email you a menu for your approval.
How does payment work?
Payment is required before each delivery by paying invoices online or we can keep your credit card information on file and email you the sales receipt.
